Pregnancy & Postpartum

Having a baby is one of the most major transitions you will ever experience in your life. Whether you are trying to get pregnant, a parent-to-be, or newly postpartum, you are not alone during this season of change. Parenthood can bring up feelings of shame, anxiety, postpartum depression, difficulties in relationships, or even spark past trauma. This is for both moms and dads.

According to Postpartum Support International (PSI), 1 in 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads experience perinatal depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health concerns while pregnant or postpartum. If you are feeling overwhelmed, not yourself, depressed, anxious, or having scary thoughts, you are not alone. You are not to blame for your experiences and with help, you will be well.
